Shipping & Logistics Coordinator

MMH Malta Ltd is currently seeking to recruit a full-time Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to join the Shipping and Logistics Function. The chosen candidate will be assisting the team in the planning and coordination of transportation and logistical movement of equipment, by preparing the necessary paperwork for shipment, managing customer requests, facilitating the shipping and receipt of goods to and from warehouse, liaising with local and foreign transportation agencies and processing customs procedures.

The ideal candidate should preferably hold knowledge of the shipping industry including customs procedures, be willing to learn, have good verbal and written communication skills in both Maltese and English and have exceptional attention to detail. Previous experience in processing of customs documents will be considered an asset.
