MMH Malta Ltd is currently seeking a full-time Recruitment Coordinator to join the team within the Crew Recruitment & Logistics Function. The candidate shall primarily be responsible of the recruitment process within the function by acknowledging applications, interview, seek out and select the right candidates for various job opportunities.
The Candidate shall also be assisting the team in the daily administrative operations such as maintaining candidates files and details up to date, preparation of required documentation and reports.
The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Maltese, have excellent attention to detail, be organised, proactive, able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure, possess good knowledge of computing skills and be able to maintain utmost confidentiality in dealing with candidates records.
Candidates having basic knowledge in HR and/or having experience in a similar post will be considered an asset
