MMH Malta Ltd is currently seeking to employ a Training Administrator on reduced hours.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Training Manager with training related matters.
  • Correspond with people who show interest in the courses we offer.
  • Follow up on emails/ reminders.
  • Assist the Training Manager when liaising with other company representatives whose students attended any of the Academy’s courses.
  • Register students on the registration portals.
  • Send applications and record all the students on the database.
  • Keep the students filing system up to date.
  • Prepare, print notes, and disseminate training material.
  • Responsible to update the results sheet and send the results to the students.
  • Assist the Training Manager with the training logistics i.e. setting up the training room, prepare the attendance sheet and training evaluation sheets.
  • Draft training evaluation reports to ensure the training effectiveness is being monitored.
  • Assist the Training Manager with training related research and the drafting of the yearly Training Needs Analysis.
  • Keep the training quarterly report updated.
  • Send reminders to the Management, Supervisors and employees before each training session.
  • Keep the training smart sheet and filing system up to date.
  • Monitor and reply to internal training queries as well as, queries related to the Academy courses.
  • Assist with the daily administrative duties and research.
  • Assist the HR team as and when required.

 

Requirements:

  • Have an A’level standard of education.
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel.
  • Good attention to detail, highly organised and trustworthy.
  • Able to work in a team and independently.
  • Approachable and helpful.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Must maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Reports to the Head of Procurement.
  • Responsible for the assets of the company i.e., tools, machinery, equipment, and vehicles on site.
  • Responsible to build the database with the company assets, input expiry dates of certificates and always maintain it up to date.
  • Responsible to keep all certificates updated and to coordinate with third parties and all the company departments, for their re-certification.
  • Schedule preventative maintenance tasks, ensure that the health and safety standards are met and plan for repairs when needed.
  • Arrange for regular maintenance of the company assets and handle maintenance emergencies.
  • Check rooms and furniture to identify needs for repairs or renovations.
  • Restock office furniture when required.
  • Keep track of regular and ad-hoc facility expenses.
  • Conduct market research and compare costs and benefits when evaluating new vendors.
  • Maintain an updated record of invoices from external partners.
  • Research new services and appliances to facilitate operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with Stores regarding the best storage location of the assets.
  • Maintain a good filing system.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a similar role and with an ERP system will be considered an asset.
  • Should ideally have a strong knowledge of facilities management operations.
  • Strong organisation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sound judgement and the ability to think quickly during emergencies.
  • Must have an eye for detail and a result driven approach.
  • Proficient in MS Office.

Requirements:

 

  • Previous experience within the same industry and with an ERP system will be considered an asset.
  • Any course/qualification certificates related to procurement and supply chain will be considered as an asset.
  • Must have an eye for detail.
  • Good verbal and written English.
  • Good organisational skills, and time management.
  • Goal-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Able to work under pressure.

MMH Malta Ltd is currently seeking to employ full time Electricians to join the Maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to supervise and carry out various maintenance duties to ensure the   general upkeep and maintenance of the premises.
  • Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, appliances, overhead cranes as well as, heavy machinery and fixtures, to identify hazards, defects for service and repair.
  • Diagnose malfunctioning systems in the above-mentioned equipment to identify fault finding.
  • Test electrical systems to ensure compatibility with Enemalta local regulations and safety of system.
  • Carry out preventative maintenance on all electrical systems and equipment on site.
  • Advise the Supervisor on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous.
  • Assist the Supervisor with the planning of the layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, based on job specifications and local electrical installations regulations.
  • Prioritize work orders.
  • Keep work area clean.

Requirements:

  • Valid wireman licence A and/or B.
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience as an electrician.
  • Experience on industrial electrical systems.
  • Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Able to work in a team.

  • Perform pre-preparation treatment on various structures in workshop and on site.

  • Handle general trades and blasting kettles machines.
  • Carry out checks on respirators and breathing apparatus.
