The candidate shall primarily be responsible of the recruitment process within the function by acknowledging applications, interview, seek out and select the right candidates for various job opportunities.

The Candidate shall also be assisting the team in the daily administrative operations such as maintaining candidates files and details up to date, preparation of required documentation and reports.

The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Maltese, have excellent attention to detail, be organised, proactive, able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure, possess good knowledge of computing skills and be able to maintain utmost confidentiality in dealing with candidates records.

MMH Malta Ltd is currently seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to join its dynamic team within the engineering function.
 
The chosen candidate will be responsible for day-to-day running of the function, project technical coordination and planning, maintenance of premises and equipment, certification of equipment, preparation of tender documentation, reviewing mechanical designs as well as drafting job reports and quotations.

The candidate shall be responsible for assisting the Administration Director, issuing and maintaining quotations and purchase orders; maintaining jobs and the administration’s database; assisting the Administration Director with the preparation of Request for Proposal documentation and costing processes as well as, cooperating with the Administrator within the team and carrying out general administrative duties as may be required.

The ideal candidate should hold an O’ Level standard of education, have good verbal and written communication skills, be organised, possess good knowledge of computing skills and works well in a team.
