Marine Coordinator

MMH Malta Ltd is currently seeking a full-time Coordinator to join the Marine Operations Function.  The candidate shall be responsible to supervise and coordinate daily quayside berthing operations & housekeeping, maintain good client relations, coordinate vessel chartering, bunkering operations, agency & ancillary services, assist in vessel customs clearance & port operations, coordinate with P&I or other surveyors for cargo and/or related claims, coordinate client’s berthing space & SOW requirements and ensure that operations & personnel execute work as required under regulated Company HSE policies.

The ideal candidate should have good verbal and written communication skills, be organised, possess good knowledge of computing skills, works well in a team and be flexible in terms of working hours. Previous experience in a similar post will be considered an asset.
