MMH announces new Board of Directors

In the next step of our growth strategy and as part of our succession planning, MMH is proud to present its new Board of Directors who shall direct the Company to new opportunities, and bring in a wealth of experience and know-how .

Led by our Executive Chairperson, Angelique Maggi, together with Paul Jr. Abela and Louisa Abela, we shall continue building on our legacy and business ethos based on over 40 years experience garnered by our Founder, Paul Abela, who shall remain a Consultant to the Board and an integral pillar in our business development and execution of our long-term strategy.

They are joined by renowned international maritime lawyer Dr Ann Fenech, Mr Sergio Vella and his extensive experience in leading enterprises with a strong international reach, and Mr Joshua Zammit bringing his expertise in strategy, change management and human resources.

Together they shall ensure that MMH and the Maritime Hub become an important regional service centre within the maritime industry opening opportunities for the local industry to grow and placing Malta firmly on the map as a centre of maritime excellence.
