Technical Shop Floor Manager
MMH Malta Ltd is currently seeking to employ a Technical Shop Floor Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible to oversee the Technical Department in terms of workflow, quality, HSE, resources, equipment, tools & consumables.
- The candidate shall also be the point of reference for the team and management.
- Responsible for the planning of human resources and maintenance of equipment.
- Managing of spare parts and consumables.
- Responsible to issue reports as requested by the Management.
- Responsible to manage the performance and training of the team.
Requirements:
- Should be computer literate and able to make use of MS Office, Outlook etc, to log all projects progress and correspond via emails.
- Have a problem-solving attitude coupled with good time management, leadership, organisation and communication skills.
- Previous work experience in a similar position will be considered an asset.
