Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior Administrator with the collection of all paperwork.
• Responsible for maintaining good client relations by providing prompt attention and courteous service.
• Assist with the inputting and logging of the actual cost for each project.
• Liaise with the Administration and Finance department and issue invoice to client.
• Responsible for maintaining a well organised filing system both softcopy and hardcopy.
• Responsible to follow up project owners on all internal and external jobs.
• Keep operational, administrative and financial records of the department, up to date.
• Coordinate and record the department’s specific planning and execution of activities.
• Assist the Senior Administrator with Internal Auditor responsibilities.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Perform general administrative duties as may be required.


• Have an A ‘level standard of education.
• Proficient in Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel.
• Good attention to detail, highly organised and trustworthy.
• Able to work in a team and independently.
• Approachable and helpful.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to handle multiple tasks.
• Must maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
