Administrator/ Crew Logistics Coordinator

MMH Malta Ltd is currently seeking a full-time Administrator/ Crew Logistics Coordinator to join the team within the Crew Recruitment & Logistics Function. The candidate shall primarily be responsible for the administrative duties of the office such as filing and data inputting. The candidate shall also be assisting the team by answering queries, preparing documentation, booking and coordinating the necessary crew flight arrangements as well as, accommodation and transportation logistics.

The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, have excellent attention to detail, be organised, proactive, works to strict deadlines, able to handle multiple tasks, able to work under pressure, possess good knowledge of computing skills, works well in a team and able to adapt to different changing circumstances.
