Assistant Office Administrator
MMH Malta Ltd is currently seeking an Assistant Office Administrator to support the Administration Function. The candidate shall be responsible for assisting the Administration Director, issuing and maintaining quotations and purchase orders; maintaining jobs and the administration’s database; assisting the Administration Director with the preparation of Request for Proposal documentation and costing processes as well as, cooperating with the Administrator within the team and carrying out general administrative duties as may be required.
The ideal candidate should hold an O’ Level standard of education, have good verbal and written communication skills, be organised, possess good knowledge of computing skills and works well in a team.
