HSE Supervisor

MMH Malta Ltd is currently seeking to employ an HSE Supervisor to join the HSE Function.

The candidate shall be responsible to assist the HSE Senior Executive, maintain the HSE Management system, assist in the upkeep of all HSE documentation and performance, carry out regular site HSE inspections, daily HSE meetings and assist in toolbox talks. Other duties include identification and overseeing of HSE training needs and delivering internal HSE training, assisting in risk assessments/Job Risk analysis, assisting in the coordination of regular emergency response drills, assisting in incident investigations, carrying out gas testing and supervising the Jr. HSE Officer.

The ideal candidate shall be qualified in the field from a reputable training institute, have excellent organisation skills with an ability to prioritise important tasks, work without supervision, creative and seek improvement, have strong verbal and written communication skills, have attention to detail and possess good knowledge of computing skills/Microsoft applications such as excel, word and power point.  The candidate needs to have at least 3 years work experience in Health, Safety and Environment implementation. Previous HSE experience in the Oil & Gas Industry will be considered as an asset.
