IT Support Assistant

MMH Malta Ltd is currently seeking a full-time IT Support Assistant to join its dynamic team. The selected candidate shall be responsible for stocking and purchasing of computer hardware; assisting in the installation of computer hardware and software; assisting in IT administration duties including: liaising with subcontracted IT Technicians and coordinating corrective action for any software/hardware faults; assisting with mobile phone sim cards’ applications together with relative issues; assisting colleagues, the management and clients with IT issues as well as, assisting in the compilation and maintenance of an accurate inventory of hardware and data protection equipment.

The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma or Higher National Diploma in IT, have good verbal and written communication skills, be organised, able to work independently as well as in a team, be self-motivated and hold a clean driving licence.
