Mainti Sea Support Ltd is currently seeking to employ a full-time Project Coordinator. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate with clients and understand their requirements and time frames; prepare and send out quotations to clients in a limited time frame and monitor progress of jobs, making sure all paperwork is gathered and invoiced immediately after completion.
The candidate needs to be qualified in Marine Engineering from a reputable institute, have excellent organisation skills with an ability to prioritise important tasks, work without supervision, have strong verbal and written communication skills, have attention to detail and possess good knowledge of computing skills/Microsoft applications such as excel and word. This position requires the candidate to be available 24/7. The ideal candidate is required to have at least 5 years’ work experience in the field.
