Shipping & Logistics Clerk

MMH Malta Ltd is currently seeking a full-time Shipping & Logistics Clerk to join the Operations and Logistics Function. The chosen candidate will be assisting the team in the planning and coordination of transportation and logistical movement of equipment by preparing the necessary paperwork for shipment, managing customer requests, facilitating the shipping and receipt of goods to and from warehouse, liaising with local and foreign transportation agencies and assisting in customs procedures. The ideal candidate should preferably have previous experience in the shipping industry, be trained in usage of NIS / NES customs system, be willing to learn, have good verbal and written communication skills in both Maltese and English and have exceptional attention to detail.
