Welder / Steel Fitter

Key Responsibilities:

Follow instructions given by the Supervisors.
Perform various forms of welding works in workshop and on site.
Carry out mechanical/welding fitting in workshop or onsite.
Handle general trades and welding machines.
Assist other functions when required.
Responsible for carrying out various maintenance duties to ensure the general upkeep and maintenance of the premises.
Clean and maintain equipment in good working order.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
Wear at all times protective clothing supplied by the organisation.
Keep work area clean.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Understand and follow the Group’s Human Resources (HR) Policies and Procedures.
Understand and comply with the Group’s Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policies.
Understand and comply with the Group’s Site Surveillance guidelines.
Understand and comply with the Group’s Quality Management System.
