The following is a Company Announcement by Mediterranean Maritime Hub Finance plc [C 76597] (hereinafter the ‘Company’) of Mediterranean Maritime Hub Head Office, Xatt il-Mollijiet, Marsa MRS 1152, pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules:

In line with its client-centred business approach, an internal restructuring and consolidation process has recently been completed within the Ablecare Oilfield Services Group (of which the Company forms part) aimed at streamlining and simplifying the group’s interaction with customers and partners.

As part of this, the key group companies have been rebranded as MMH in line with the Mediterranean Maritime Hub name and branding structure.  This includes Ablecare Oilfield Services Holdings Limited [C45547] which is the parent company of the Company.  As from today, the 11th January, 2017, the Group’s existing companies have officially changed their names as follows:

 

The legal personality of each of these companies has not been altered; nor has their shareholding structure.

The change is being effected in order to further consolidate the group’s operations along its ‘One group – one solution’ ethos, and by means of which the group aims to convey holistic solutions through MMH, with the highest levels of reliability and expertise.

In tandem with this rebranding exercise, the company also announces the launch of its new web portal at www.mmh.com.mt which includes a dedicated area (https://mmh.com.mt/mmh-finance/) to the Company and in which investor-related information may be found.

This announcement is being made with a great sense of optimism as the group looks forward to launching this next progression of its identity as the Mediterranean Maritime Hub and MMH built on its solid legacy as one of the Mediterranean’s key players in the marine oil and gas servicing industries.
