MMH – the new identity of Ablecare Oilfield Services Group comes as the Group embarks on a mission to convey holistic solutions through the Mediterranean Maritime Hub, a freezone area located within the inner Valletta port. The MMH brand remains true to the longstanding legacy of the founding companies and in line with its ethos One Group One Solution. Although the Group’s key companies are being rebranded as MMH, the legal personality of each one will not be altered; nor will the shareholding structure.

“These are exciting times for our company. In line with our client-centred business approach, an internal restructuring and consolidation process is currently under way to streamline and simplify our interaction with customers and partners,” Chairman Paul Abela said.
