Marine Operations Administrator

 

MMH Malta Ltd is currently seeking a full-time Administrator to join the Marine Operations Function. The successful candidate shall be responsible to co-ordinate the administrative side of the function, following up on in-port services rendered to MMH clients as well as, liaise with Port Authorities and with other internal functions. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining the function’s database, reports & procedures and assist with other function related operational activities.

The ideal candidate should have good verbal and written communication skills, be organised, possess good knowledge of computing skills, works well in a team and be flexible in terms of working hours.
