Project Coordinator

MMH Malta Ltd is seeking to recruit a Project Coordinator to join the Technical Services Function.

The candidate shall be responsible for matters relating to vessel maintenance including: coordinating personnel; liaising with Clients; taking monthly readings of water and electricity; coordinating lifting preparation and planning all related activities; managing the power-wash area; managing and monitoring Client areas to ensure that everything is kept in order and up to the company’s standard; managing the company’s vessel care area, liaising with third parties for works requested by clients as well as contacting sub-contracts and coordinating works.

The candidate needs to have excellent organisation skills with an ability to prioritise important tasks, be innovative, work without supervision, have strong verbal and written communication skills, have attention to detail and possess good knowledge of computing skills/Microsoft applications such as excel and word. The ideal candidate is required to have previous work experience as a project coordinator.
