MMH Malta Ltd is currently seeking a full-time Receptionist/Administrator. The candidate shall primarily be responsible to professionally meet and greet customers and clients, answer and screen calls; maintain the reception area, assist in the preparation of scheduling meetings and handle post and deliverables. The candidate will also be responsible to provide clerical support such as filing and data inputting, to the Crew Recruitment & Logistics Function.
The ideal candidate should hold an ‘O’ level standard of education, have a flexible mind-set, have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Maltese, possess strong organisational and time management skills and have good command of computing skills. The person should be confident, pro-active, self-motivated and willing to work in a challenging environment.
